Memorial at Omaha Beach, Normandy, France
Hi!!  My name is Liz Click and this is my sixth year at BGHS teaching U.S. and Virginia History and AP US History.
You can navigate through this site by clicking on links to the left.
A little bit about me:  I grew up in Hagerstown, MD before attending Bridgewater College.  I earned my degree at BC in History and Political Science while also earning my teaching certification.  I fell in love with everything about the Valley while at Bridgewater and didn't want to leave after graduation.  As it turns out, I was offered an amazing job at an awesome school!  I have traveled to Australia, France, Norway, Ireland, England, and Scotland, where I learned a lot about European culture and history.  My favorite topic in history is the American homefront during WWII.  Aside from history I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and making decor for my home.  I am married to a wonderful middle school math teacher.
I can be reached by e-mail at or by phone at 540-337-6021.
