Mr. William Deardorff has been Principal of Buffalo Gap High School since 1987. Prior to that time he was an administrator and teacher in West Virginia. He holds a BS from Morris Harvey College and a MA from Marshall University. As principal, Mr. Deardorff is responsible for the overall operation of Buffalo Gap High School including instruction, athletics, the facility, discipline, and buses. Dr. Ian Marshall is the Assistant Principal of Instruction. He

was previously a U.S. History teacher at Buffalo Gap and has been an administrator in Waynesboro for the last 6 years. He holds 2 Undergraduate Degrees from Virginia Tech, a Masters Degree from Virginia Tech and a Doctorate from Shenandoah University. His main responsibilities are the instructional program, Standards of Learning assessments and extracurricular activities including the fine arts program. Mr. Tony Ramsey is Athletic Director/Assistant Principal. He was formerly a teacher and coach at Wilson Memorial. He has BS from Eastern Mennonite University and a MS from Shenandoah University.
