For all CURRENT RHS students, you must have a Parchment Account to send your transcript. Please use the following document for instructions to set up or send transcripts from your Parchment Account.
*OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS must be mailed directly from the RHS Guidance Office or Augusta County Schools to the college, individual, or organization requiring the transcript. Transcripts should be requested a minimum of two weeks prior to any deadlines that needs to be met. All official transcripts include: secondary school transcript, current grades, standardized test data such as SAT or ACT (if we have them on file), and school profile with course offerings. Please keep in mind that some schools request that your SAT/ACT scores be sent directly from College Board. Please be mindful of those schools and have your scores sent. Expedited deliveries on rush orders can be very costly.
For Former Students: Individuals who have previously attended RHS or graduated within the previous five years need to submit a written request with your signature (or parent signature if under 18) and complete address of who is to receive the transcript to Mrs. Rohr, RHS Guidance Secretary.
Individuals who last attended RHS or graduated more than five years ago need to submit a written request with your signature and complete address of who is to receive the transcript along with $3 to the Augusta County Schools Records Dept.
