  • Ball? Any girl interested in trying out for Basketball in November is invited to attend Open Gym. It will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45-7:30 PM in the new gym and Fridays from 3:30-4:00 PM in the weight room. You must have a current physical form, concussion form and waiver on file in order to participate.For more information visit the WMHS GBB web page or contact Coach Bryan at jbryan@augusta.k12.va.us.

  • Students are invited to join the Ruriteen Club this year! Make a difference in your community while learning great leadership skills. Please be aware, however, that the Ruriteen Club does not meet during the school day. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month after school in Mr. Clark’s room. #65. Our first meeting will be Wednesday, 9/9! Parents/guardians may choose to participate and pay the premium. By declining or failing to respond to the offer of insurance, parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the cost of any accidental injury to the student while at school or school-related activities. Augusta County Schools does not carry medical or accident insurance on students. Markel Insurance Company will offer Student Accident policies for purchase during the 2015-16 school year.
