• Transcripts

A transcript is an official record of a student's coursework throughout high school. High school courses taken during the middle school years also appear on a student's transcript. Transcripts are used in a variety of situations including enrollment verification; college admissions; scholarship consideration; and employment. Here at Fort Defiance High School, students (current and alumni) may request a transcript in variety of ways.
