• New Student Enrollment
    Below is the information needed in order to enroll a new student.  Please fill out the information below and return to the school when enrolling your student.  Please call to schedule a meeting with the School Counseling Office. 
    In addition to the documents listed above, we will need the following items for enrollment:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Records
    • Social Security Card
    • Proof of residency in Augusta County (Wilson district)
    • Transcript from previous school
    • Current schedule

    Other Documents you may need to provide:

    • Child Custody Documents
    • Other Court Documents
    • Special Education Records - IEP, Eligibility, 504
    • Home School Info (if applicable)
    • ACPS Acceptable Use Policy
    • ACPS Parent Signature Form
    • WMHS Athlete's Pledge
