     This year is going to be a great year!  In the coming weeks, we will be learning about sorting, number relationships, butterflies, fire safety and so much more!! I look forward to working with everyone this year and making sure the kids have a great and successful year. To help make this year even better, here are some ways you as a parent can support your child at home to further their progress.
    • Talk with your child about what they have learned daily.
    • Help your child practice his/her lunch number.
    • Count with your child and work on identifying the numbers.
    • Go through your child's folder with them and talk about the papers they bring home.
    • Read to your child often and encourage them to tell you what sounds they hear or even have them read to you by looking at the pictures!
