2020 Open Gyms
** Open gyms are fininished until the Winter Dead Period is over, please check back for future open gym dates and times. Check back soon for future open gym dates.
We will meet outside of the New Gym lobby and check in. Please be there a little early so we can get started as soon as possible. All students will be asked a series of questions regarding their health before being allowed to enter the gym.
*Any student showing signs of symptoms that resemble those of Covid-19 will not be allowed to enter the gym.
There is a 30 person limit per gym. If we have more than 30 people at open gym we will split up between two gyms in order to maintain distance. We ask that parents do not enter the building during the workouts
Students will need to maintain 6-10 feet apart during the workouts. This also includes their gym bags and waterbottles. Students will be asked to wash their hands before and after the work out. Students will use the same ball during their workout in order to limit contact with others. Please wear long sleeves to the workouts. If the weather cooperates we may complete part of our workouts outside, so please bring tennis shoes along with your volleyball gear.
Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes to work out. We ask that at this time all athletes wear long sleeves to open gyms. Please bring your own waterbottle.
(Volleyball shoes are not required)
