Summer 2019 Open Gyms*Change as of 7/11/19- Monday open gym will now be the same as Wednesday's*
Open gyms will be held during the summer on Monday's and Wednesday's.
**There will be NO OPEN GYM June 3rd or June 5th.**
The summer dead period is June 30-July 6th. There will be no open gym this week as well.
Monday and Wednesday open gyms will be from 3:30-6:00. We will meet in the New Gym lobby and then head to the weight room. Please be there early so we can get started as soon as possible.
During open gyms we will work on basic fundamental skills to prepare for tryouts. We will be going to the weightroom and track for strength and conditioning training as well.
Please bring appropriate clothing and shoes to work out.
(Volleyball shoes are not required)
In order to participate in open gym or try outs you must have a current physical (renews every July 1st), a concussion form (renewed yearly), and an out of season waiver. All of these can be found on the athletics page of the school site and in the front office of the high school. You are not able to participate unless you have all of the forms up to date.
