WELCOME TO MY HOMEPAGE!

I came to Fort Defiance High School as an Assistant Principal in October 2015. In 1996, I graduated from Riverheads High School. I attended Roanoke College in Salem, VA and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in May 2000. I spent the next 6 years traveling and living in tropical places including the USVI and the Florida Keys. In 2006, I moved to Charleston, SC and started graduate school in 2007. I earned a Masters of Education for Special Education in 2009 and moved back to Virginia to be closer to family. I started my teaching career at Wilson Memorial High School in August 2009. I earned my Masters in Administation from James Madison University in May 2015.
