Greetings! My name is Trey Lawhorn. I'm a new member of the Family and Consumer Science team this year at Wilson Memorial High School. Though new to the teaching profession, I've spent the better part of the last two decades working with students and young families on independent living and career readiness skills. In addition to teaching Economics and Personal Finance, Life Planning, and Individual Development, I serve as co-advisor for WMHS's FCCLA chapter.
A little about myself . . . I was born and raised in Augusta County. I graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Randolph-Macon College. My wife Jennifer and I have two lovely daughters in the Wilson school system. When not at work, you'll find our family playing music together, camping, or out in the community. I'm excited to be a member of the Wilson Memorial Family and looking forward to an amazing school year!
