In response to recent trends for rapid employment growth in STEM-related careers, it is important for our school division to meet these demands by exposing our students to the 21st century learning skills necessary to be competitive in these areas.  Augusta County Public Schools is very excited to announce that we will be holding our 4th Annual district-wide Middle School STEM Expo to encourage and honor students’ scientific thinking outside of the classroom! The STEM Expo takes the place of the traditional science fair, showcasing and celebrating STEM projects from across the division.  This is a very exciting and rewarding experience for our students!  

There are six categories that students can choose from:

Community stakeholders participate in the event by sponsoring prizes and serving as judges. This years sponsors include:
