Steve Landes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Augusta County, swore in elected school board members, Daniel Whitmire, David Shiflett, and Dr. John Ocheltree prior to the January 8, 2026 Augusta County School Board Meeting,
During the meeting, Mr. David Shiflett was elected as the Chair and Tim Swortzel was elected as the Vice Chair. We are thankful for the service of all of our school board members.
