Preston Foxx and Blair Horn were recognized as the Mary Buck Award recipients by the Sangerville Towers Ruritan Club. For the past 40 years, the Sangerville Towers Ruritan club has yearly recognized two outstanding 5th grade students. These students are selected by faculty and staff to receive the Mary Buck Award. Mary Buck was a teacher in Augusta County and served at Sangerville Towers and Parnasas schools. She was dedicated and determined to support student opportunity and growth in the Shenandoah Valley. This year, Preston Foxx and Blair Horn were awarded the Mary Buck student awards. They were honored at a dinner and each received a check for $100. We are very proud of Preston and Blair! NRES is honored to serve with and for our ruritan groups to continue the tradition of excellence in Augusta County!
