Virginia Department of Education encourages each family of a child receiving special education services through an Individualized Education Program to complete the parent survey. The survey will open June 1, 2022 and remain open through December 16, 2022. Families who have more than one child receiving special education services should complete a separate survey for each child. The survey may be completed online or on paper. Hard copies are available at SDMS.
