Reminder to Parents/Guardians of Rising 12th and 7th Grade Students-
Immunization requirements include:
12th grade - Second dose of meningococcal
7th grade - Dose of Tdap and 1st dose of meningococcal (HPV required, but parents can opt out)
Please have either a notarized religious exemption form, a medical exemption form, or documentation of vaccine administration by the first day of school. Please schedule appointments early with your pediatrician or health department. Below is the contact information for local health department clinics:
Waynesboro: 540-569-4848 = Clinics held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month
Staunton: 540-332-7830 = Clinics held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month
