Female Athlete Health Information

The WMHS Girls Soccer program strives to have health and safety as our primary concerns for all student athletes. The staff has extensively researched, communicated with medical professionals, and designed specific programs for the weight room, out of season conditioning sessions, and practices to help educate athletes about injury prevention and healthy living through the game of soccer.
