Immunization requirements for rising 7th graders: All students will need either documentation of Tdap and meningitis vaccine administration or a medical or religious exempt form on file by the first day of school. Vaccines can be received at the local health department, your child's primary care physician, or local Walmart. Please do not wait to set up your child's appointment.
