General Info and Assessment

General Assessment/Identify Needs contains many activities that  allow you to assess skills students already possess and should be building.

In addition to various exploration tools, information on the PERT Evaluation Program, tools for parent feedback, and information on writing transition level IEPs is included.  Most are paper/pencil activities, but can be easily modified to suit multiple student needs.
