Attention families of all rising 7th graders:
Students will need a vaccine record for Tdap and meningitis vaccines, a religious exemption, or a medical exemption on file at school before August 9, 2023. Students can get these vaccines from their primary care provider or by calling the local health department to schedule an appointment.
The Staunton-Augusta Health Department number is (540) 332-7830 and available to provide vaccinations on the first and third Mondays from 8:15-10:45 am and the second and fourth Tuesdays from 8:15-11:30 am and 12:45-2:30 pm. Please do not wait until the last minute to schedule.
2023 Parent Involvement Survey
All parents of school-aged children and youth with disabilities who receive special education services in Virginia are encouraged to complete the Virginia Department of Education’s annual Parent Involvement Survey. The survey will remain open through December 15, 2023. Avoid lots of paperwork; after Annual Online registration closes you will need to complete manual paper registration to update all of your child(ren)'s information and permission forms (if you haven't completed them online).
