Online Registration is Now Open!
Welcome to the start of a new school year! We're excited to announce that online registration through Infinite Campus Parent Portal is now available. This convenient option allows you to get your student ready for success by completing important registration information from the comfort of your home.
Getting Started
Registering your student online is quick and easy. Here's how:
Log in to Campus Parent Portal at https://augustava.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/augusta_county.jsp using your existing account credentials
Navigate to Online Registration by clicking More > Online Registration
Complete the registration form with your student's information
What You'll Complete During Registration
During the online registration process, the primary household guardian can update and verify important information, including:
Health Information — immunization records, allergies, medications, and medical conditions
Emergency Contacts — up-to-date names and phone numbers for people we should contact if needed
Additional Details — and more essential information to keep our records current
Having accurate information on file helps us keep your student safe and ensures we can reach you quickly if needed. Be advised, guardians will need to re-enter their payment methods due to a change in payment systems this year.
Additionally, registering online will verify your information. Failure to register before August 25, 2026, will result in your family losing access to Parent Portal and having to re-register as a new family.
Important Note for Augusta County Schools Staff
If you are an Augusta County Schools staff member, please note that you must use a separate "guardian only" Campus Parent account to complete online registration. Staff accounts cannot be used for this process. If you need assistance setting up a guardian-only account, please contact your school's main office.
