Back to school means supplies. Label supplies to stay organized. Also label clothing items/backpacks/lunch boxes/water bottles so that lost and found items can be returned to the correct student. Tomorrow, Friday, August 7th is the SAW Style Clothing Closet from noon until 6pm. This is a free clothing event held at Wilson Middle School!

At Wilson Middle School, attendance matters! When your student does need to be out, please either send an email to wmsattendance@augusta.k12.va.us or a written note turned into the front office within 3 days of your student's return to school. A phone call on the morning of being absent will also excuse your student.

Pay fees beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4th, online and in-person. Fees collected at WMS from 8:30 until 4:00. Extended hours until 7 pm on Monday, August 10th only. Fees are $35. Cash or check only in-person or with a credit card online.

Wilson Middle School Volleyball Tryouts will be August 11th, 12th and 13th from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Students must have a current VHSL physical to tryout.

Wilson Middle School Cheer Open Gym

Wednesday, July 29th 6:30-7:30 in the rec gym in front of the high school. Entrance in rear of building. Last day to join middle school squad is August 18th.

Volleyball Open Gyms are cancelled for this Thursday, July 9th. We will resume next Tuesday, July 14th from 4-6.

Wilson Middle School Cross Country - It is not too late to join the boys and girls middle school cross country teams. New runners interested in joining the team should meet at the upcoming team practice on Tuesday, July 7 at Coyner Springs Park located at 2091 Lyndhurst Road in Waynesboro at 6:30 pm. Once you enter the park turn right between stone gates and meet at the stone shelter at the bottom of the hill. If you can't make that practice please contact Coach Franklin at franklin.hj@augusta.k12.va.us or 540-271-3734.
