Buffalo Gap will face Rappahannock High School in Warsaw VA in the State Quarterfinals Friday 6/3/22 @ 12:00 PM.
Rappahannock Community College is the site that the matches will take place.

Admission for Regional Events is $8 per person.
State Event tickets will all be sold via GoFan. These tickets will be $10 plus a service fee. Tickets will have to be verified at the gate upon arrival. No tickets will be sold at the gate !!!! All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

Congratulations to Buffalo Gap's Emma Kate Maxwell and Alexandra DiGrassie for winning the Region 1B Doubles Tournament and earning a spot in the Class 1 State Doubles Tournament.

Congratulations to Emma Kate Maxwell for winning the Region 1B Girls Singles Tournament and earning a spot in the Class 1 Girls Singles State Tournament.

Today begins the Region 1B tournament for baseball and softball. Admission for Regional Events is $8.00. Only VHSL passes will be accepted at the gate for Regional Events. (BGHS, Augusta County, and Shenandoah District passes are no longer valid)
State Events will have a $10.00 admission and only accept VHSL passes well.

Back to School Immunization Information
Immunization clinics are every Thursday at the Waynesboro Health Department Clinic
August 8th, 10th, & 12th to help with the last minute back to school rush.
These clinics are appointment only; appointments can be made by calling 540-949-0137.

END OF SCHOOL MEDICATION PICK UP
Just a reminder that all medications from the clinic –prescription and OTC meds–must be picked up by the last day of school or they will be discarded.
The Prescription meds– inhalers, Epi Pens, etc–can be sent home with the student if the parent/guardian calls the school and/or sends a written note stating they give consent for their child to carry those meds home.
Also, ALL PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS FOR 2022-2023 MUST HAVE A NEW DOCTOR ORDER AS THE ORDERS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR ONE SCHOOL YEAR

Physical night will be held at Buffalo Gap on Monday, May 9 beginning at 6pm and the registration table will stay open until 730pm. The cost is $20 and all money raised goes to the sports medicine department to purchase medical supplies for the 2022-23 school year. This is open to all rising 8th-12th graders. Forms can be picked up in the front office at BGHS or can be downloaded from the BGHS website under the documents tab.

The Fine Arts Department will be hosting the first annual Spring Showcase since 2019, Sunday, April 24! The doors will open at 2:00 pm for the Art Show in the Lobby, and the auditorium will open at 3:00 pm for the Concert. For some of our Juniors and Seniors this is their first showcase ever and it would mean so much to them for you to attend! Admission is free! Come support our Fine Arts students and all of their hard work this semester!

May 13 and 16: Senior Exams: Please return Chromebook to the teacher following the last exam.
May 20: Mandatory Graduation Practice; Arrive at 1130am: We will be feeding the Seniors and showing a Senior presentation in the Auditorium followed by lining up and proceeding with Graduation practice in the Stadium. Return your Chromebook if you have not already.
May 21: Graduation; Arrive at 830am: We will be lining up in the New Gym and have a procession to the Stadium.

The Siegel Center will be cleared between each two game session.
The doors will open to the public for the 6th session (Buffalo Gap vs. Honaker) at 3:45 PM.
