New Student Orientation Appointments Aug. 2nd and 3rd
Please call our main office at 337-6021 between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm starting Monday July 25th to schedule an in-person appointment for your rising Freshman or New Student. Appointments scheduled will provide a tour of the building and access to Guidance for schedules as well as Bookkeeping for student fees. The appointments will be available on Aug. 2nd and 3rd, 3pm-6pm.
Fee and Student Schedule Appointments for 22-23
Online Fee Payment access will be available 8/2/22. Please call our office at 337-6021 between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm or email to schedule an in-person appointment with our Bookkeeper and/or Guidance Department (see below). Scheduling is necessary to ensure that we can provide a meaningful experience.
If you have questions regarding your student's schedule please contact their Guidance Counselor via email or phone (337-6021). Due to our current staffing parameters on staffing there will be limited options available for any changes regarding schedules.

Marching Band Camp starts on Monday July 18 at Beverley Manor Middle School. All color guard and percussion students should report at 9:00 AM. Winds report at 12:00 PM. Please enter Beverley Manor through the cafeteria doors. Refer to the handbook for any other questions or contact Mrs. Booth or Mrs. Alford via Remind.

Attention student athletes from the 2021-2022 school year. Phocus Photo is willing to reopen the gallery for each sport this past school year one final time this summer. In order to have this request fulfilled please email phocusphoto@gmail.com
Attention all Coaches and Athletes: The summer "dead" period will run from July 3-July 9. During this time, no out of season conditioning or practice may take place.
Reminder to any student-athlete that plans to try out this fall for a JV or Varsity Sport. YOU MUST have a current physical on a VHSL physical form dated after May 1, 2022 to participate this fall.

Softball at Riverheads this evening has been postponed to tomorrow 6/3/22 @ 5:00 PM.
Buffalo Gap will face Rappahannock High School in Warsaw VA in the State Quarterfinals Friday 6/3/22 @ 12:00 PM.
Rappahannock Community College is the site that the matches will take place.
Warsaw Campus. 52 Campus Dr. Warsaw, VA 22572.
Admission for Regional Events is $8 per person.
State Event tickets will all be sold via GoFan. These tickets will be $10 plus a service fee. Tickets will have to be verified at the gate upon arrival. No tickets will be sold at the gate !!!! All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

Congratulations to Buffalo Gap's Emma Kate Maxwell and Alexandra DiGrassie for winning the Region 1B Doubles Tournament and earning a spot in the Class 1 State Doubles Tournament.
Congratulations to Emma Kate Maxwell for winning the Region 1B Girls Singles Tournament and earning a spot in the Class 1 Girls Singles State Tournament.
Today begins the Region 1B tournament for baseball and softball. Admission for Regional Events is $8.00. Only VHSL passes will be accepted at the gate for Regional Events. (BGHS, Augusta County, and Shenandoah District passes are no longer valid)
State Events will have a $10.00 admission and only accept VHSL passes well.
Back to School Immunization Information
Immunization clinics are every Thursday at the Waynesboro Health Department Clinic
August 8th, 10th, & 12th to help with the last minute back to school rush.
These clinics are appointment only; appointments can be made by calling 540-949-0137.
