Remote Area Medical is a nonprofit that provides free, quality healthcare to those in need. They do this via their pop-up clinic program in rural underserved areas to provide free medical care to primarily impoverished and uninsured individuals. Since its founding in 1985, they have treated more than 835,000 individuals and delivered more than $150 million worth of free care.
