Reminder for the 2026–2027 School Year
Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Augusta County Public Schools (ACPS) middle and high school students will be charged for breakfast and lunch unless they qualify for free or reduced-price meals.
Families are encouraged to complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application, available through the Parent Portal, to determine if their child(ren) qualify. Students who are approved will receive both breakfast and lunch at no cost during the 2026–2027 school year.
Please note that students must be registered with Augusta County Public Schools before they can access the application through the Parent Portal.
Elementary school students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch for the 2026–2027 school year.
The online application is the preferred method because it is the quickest and easiest option for both families and the School Nutrition Program. If you do not have access to the internet or a device, you may download a paper application using one of the links below and return it to the address listed on the form.

Elementary: Free of Charge
Middle/High School Breakfast: $2.00
Middle/High School Lunch: $3.25
