ACPS Local Plan for the Education of the Gifted 2017-2022
Each school board must review and approve a comprehensive plan for the education of the gifted. That plan must provide specific explanations of the school division’s implementation of the Regulations Governing Educational Services for Gifted Students. School divisions, working in conjunction with their school boards, should determine the appropriate timeframe of applicability for their division’s gifted plan. Each section of the plan should address specific procedures and information for each area of giftedness identified by the school division.
