PlanSource Online Benefits Enrollment
Newly hired benefits eligible employees elect coverage options on-line using PlanSource. Enrolling is a quick, easy process. For current employees, all qualified benefit changes can be entered online by the employee.
The PlanSource system may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer with internet capabilities.
Before beginning online enrollment, have the following items available:
Copy of your most recent E-Stub showing current benefit elections
Social Security Number (SSN) for all legal dependents you wish to enroll in coverage
Date of Birth (DOB) for all legal dependents you wish to enroll in coverage
